SW-ITBEC actively supports matching Opportunity Grants, forums and networking that facilitate economic development growth.   In many cases, our "seed" investment has led to great successes and growth in our Member Counties.

Juneau County Economic Development Corporation's mission is to foster positive economic change for Juneau County communities and to promote the success of agricultural, industrial, commercial and entrepreneurial enterprises.  We do this through leadership and collaboration with public and private organizations/individuals on a national, state, regional, county and local level.

The 7 Rivers Alliance is a regional leadership group that boosts economic growth by fostering collaboration in western Wisconsin, southeast Minnesota, and northeast Iowa.  We are persistent and consistent advocates for keeping communication open and developing regional networks in the Upper Mississippi Valley through regional meetings and networking events.  The 7 Rivers Alliance brings together public and private resources to forge entrepreneurial growth and serves as a clearinghouse of vital information to enhance quality of life in the region.

University of Wisconsin-Extension provides statewide access to university resources and research so the people of Wisconsin can learn, grow and succeed at all stages of life. UW-Extension carries out this tradition of the Wisconsin Idea – extending the boundaries of the university to the boundaries of the state – through its four divisions of continuing education, cooperative extension, entrepreneurship and economic development and broadcast and media innovations.

We are committed to helping improve the economy and quality of life in rural America. Through our programs, we touch rural America in many ways.  Our financial programs support such essential public facilities and services as water and sewer systems, housing, health clinics, emergency service facilities and electric and telephone service. We promote economic development by supporting loans to businesses through banks , credit unions and community-managed lending pools. We offer technical assistance and information to help agricultural producers and cooperatives get started and improve the effectiveness of their operations. We provide technical assistance to help communities undertake community empowerment programs.
